lThe vision of Eliminating Achievement Gaps Inc. is to, inform, support and empower African American students, their families and community while engaging in a collaborative partnership with Frederick County Public Schools, as they work to eliminate achievement gaps that are a function of race.

EAG Inc. is committed to partnering with other community members to promote positive interactions, built on developing an appreciation for the strengths
African American  students bring to the learning situation. We are committed to being involved in outreach and education with the goal of facilitating
individual and group empowerment.
